This is an in-person event led by two experienced Second 50 experts to help mid-life women learn how to navigate the property sector and structure your finances to achieve your property goals. This free 1.5 hour evening workshop will be held in Cammeray (Sydney) and is free for Second 50 women and their friends. Co-hosted and facilitated by Bernadette Hayes, an experienced real estate agent and former agency owner, and Teresa Cahill, a mortgage broker with over 25 years’ experience in accounting, finance and mortgage broking.

Questions explored will include:

• How can I borrow for my home or investment property in my 50s?

• What are my options for buying a home after divorce?

• How can I help my children into the property market?

• What are my options for downsizing and what questions should I be asking to get the best outcome?
