Second 50 is an ecosystem of Australian women exploring what it means to live, contribute and thrive in the second half of life. Through conversations, shared experiences and member-led initiatives, women learn from one another, explore new possibilities and create opportunities for themselves and others.
Some women arrive looking for connection, purpose or a fresh direction. Others are already leading change, developing ideas and making a difference in their communities, workplaces and the causes they care about. What brings us together is a willingness to share our wisdom, support one another and help create positive change in the world.

The Possibilities Lab
Have an idea, project or possibility you want to explore, but don't want to work it all out alone?
The Possibilities Lab is a facilitated Second 50 space where women bring ideas, projects and emerging possibilities into a trusted brains trust. Here, ideas are tested, assumptions are challenged, fresh perspectives are shared and possibilities become clearer, stronger and more achievable. Some women come with an idea or venture they are actively building. Others come to contribute their experience, questions, connections and encouragement. It is a reciprocal space where every woman has something to gain and something valuable to give.
The Lab is led by Karen Robertson, an experienced marketing strategist, entrepreneur, coach and facilitator who helps women explore whether a possibility is not only exciting, but genuinely right for them and their lives.
